We are running windows server 2003 we have a network on 192.168.1.15 which people can join when we connect through the vpn on 192.168.2.* the user can not use the printer how can i set this up so the user can printer to the office printer using the VPN client ?

I have a Dell PowerEdge 2950 III server hardware with *two* Intel QUAD CORE XEON E5420 (2.5GHZ)processors. I plan to install a couple of win2008 servers virtually on this host (under vmware esx 3.5i).

On a server's shared partition I would like to customize the folder colors / glyphs as they appear in Windows Explorer on the client computers. How do I this? Thanks for comments and hints on this.

I have just installed my first two Win2K8 servers in my Win2K3 network. I activated both servers using my volume license keys, similar to what I would do with Win2K3, and assumed everything was OK. However, now I'm seeing the following error:

Hello Newsgroup, i'v on a Windows 32BIT Server 2K a folder with 60.000 files. I'll move the files to an 2K8 Server 64Bit OS. What is the maximum numbers of files without get performanc problems.
