When I do a sync, all the files go where they are expected. I then delete a
few files in the target folder and sync again. No files are moved. I'm using
"echo", so missing files should be moved over to the target folder. I am
also running this as Administrator.

My PDC emulator is setup to get time from an external time server.  All of
the other domain controllers will get their time from the pdc emulator.  What
if the PDC Emulator crashes?  Where do the domain controllers get their time
from?

I have physical server which runs MOSS 2007, Project Server 2007 and SQL
