I want to remove a hdd on the thin client. But I dont know usb stick running xp or lan boot. I wish connect to direct terminal server. Users cant be view local login screen, users view terminal server login screen. How I do configure ?

We have a File server running Server 2003 Std x64 Edition SP1 (this is the front end server where the actual data is on a SAN) and are considering to upgrade it to R2 to take advantage of the FSRM (File Server Resource Manager). So, this is a two part question post.
