Our Windows Server 2003 is quite slow recently and shows an unusual lot of kernel CPU activity in Task Manager (the red line in the CPU utilization graph). The server has more than enough RAM. Is there some way to find out which (driver?) is causing this?

I'm installing a used 2003 server for a totally new domain, and I'd prefer not to have to do a full reinstall of 2003. Obviously I don't care about losing any AD or Exchange settings, so is there a simple way I can do this? Do I just uninstall & reinstall AD?
