I have a feeling I'm just overlooking the obvious, but this is driving
me nuts.

have anyone seen this before?
I use NTbackup to backup everything in C:, D: and system status to my
another disk which is E:.
I put the backup into a schdule task and it will trigger every mid

the 3 event log empty from the screen but can see the file size growth, the
event log service stop option is dimm not avalible and try to set to manual
and restart the server, the service still show started and can't delete the
log file .not able to stop the event log service.
