I have a feeling I'm just overlooking the obvious, but this is driving me nuts. Clients on a Windows Server 2003 R2 Domain cannot connect to FTP sites. The server itself CAN.

the 3 event log empty from the screen but can see the file size growth, the event log service stop option is dimm not avalible and try to set to manual and restart the server, the service still show started and can't delete the log file .not able to stop the event log service.
