I have a fresh install of 2008 that I am trying to promote to a DC in a 2003 AD domain. There is only one DC at this moment. I ran ADPREP /FORESTPREP on the Active 2003 DC. I am notified that the domain is already upto date and ADPREP will not make any changes. I am not sure but ...

We have a domain with around 120 DCs across various parts of the world, and it appears there is at least on rogue DC with incorrect time settings. Is there any tool available to check the time on all the DCs and report back any anomalies?

Heres my problem. I have all the necessary drivers and media to reinstall Windows 2003 server on my DL160G5. I put the drivers for the SATA/SAS controller on a usb pen drive and put it in the usb port. Stick in the installation

Hello List, There is a restriction with Windows 2008 R2 server where only "Adminstrator" user can create shared memory. Other users even with administrator previlege can only attach to the created shared memory
