I have two servers. one say it is a Windows Server 2003 enterprise the other say Windows Server 2003 enterprise 64 bit both are listed as (Build 3790: Service Pack 2).

I have an FTP server that our external customers use to view and save files. I have a folder on the FTP server that stores an excel file and a few PDFs. In the excel file, i have links that, when clicked on, will automatically open the pdf.

I have a Windows 2003 server and it is the domain controller & a file server. It became extremely slow today (it's the second time) and users couldn't even save files. In addition, browsing folders on the server was also extremely slow.
