We have one of Windows 2003 servers having a lot of cab files like c:\windows\pchealth\errorrep\qsignoff, which are eating away a lot of disk space. Can someone advise if I can delete them or how to stop them? Thank you very much!

I've put in 3 requests for the hotfix in KB830987 but have received no response from Microsoft. I really don't want to burn one of my Technet support incidents just to find out why I'm not getting this. Does anyone know how to get MS going on this?

We recently switched from using a Vista client for our KMS server to a Windows 2008 server. KMS is setup, and the appropriate DNS SRV records have been updated. Unfortunately it doesn't appear to have actually licensed any of the clients yet.

I was trying to upgrade my W2k server. Nothing special on it except for DNS. During the setup, the box rebooted and now I get a STOP blue screen. How can rollback to the original W2K?
