I hope everyone had a nice weeked.  We have a server running W2003 R2 and
there is an app that needs to run even if a user is not logged into Windows.
It's in the startup folder but the problem I'm having is when I reset the

we have installed a new 64 bit Windows 2003 server to replace our old
fileserver which was Windows 2000.
We have had no real problems with this move but have had a few error
messages on many different XP client machines reporting a "Delayed write

That's all: when I apply SP2 to a W2K3-SP1, there isn't any warning or error
event, nor any error message: everything looks fine. But, after reboot, that
service doesn't even _exist_.
If I unistall SP2, everything returns to normal state.

I need a program that monitors a folder and immediately copies the files to
a different folder when they are created.
The files are fetched and removed from a remote location about every 3
minutes, so the program has to monitor the folder all the time.
