A little back ground on the setup, server 2003 SP1, server is DC, file
server, and running a MRP program. The router handles all the VPN
connectivity via certificates installed with the VPN client on the client
computers.

I'm testing a application which does not work under windows server
2003 with SP2 installed.
Since SP2 can not be deinstalled without getting into troubles with
IIS i made a complete fresh install of win2003 with SP1.

I am implementing a dual DC network, so will need AD, DHCP and DNS running
on both.
AD and DNS i'm OK with primary and secondary etc, but have not done this
with DHCP... does it work along the same lines as AD/DNS, or is it different.

On the Windows 2000 Server there was a nice function, which I can not find
in the Windows 2003.

I noticed that Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition allows for  a maximum of
4 gb of ram.  I have a server that has 8 gb of ram.  Is there any way to
utilize the extra 4 gb of ram without going to Enterprise Edition.

setup a brand new server and then swap the old one out for the new

I need to move a PDC off site and it's current serves as the network's

My default domain security policy had the min password length set at 8
(Windows 2003 sp1, native mode)  I then applied a strict security
