I have 3 2003 servers running and can connect to each via RDP.
Today I setup a 4th 2003 server. When I try to connect via RDP I get "Cannot
Connect  blah blah".
Is there a setting that I am missing on the new server?

I added an 2nd SCSI drive to my win2k3 server (same exact drive as existing
c:\ drive).   I want to add it as a mirror to the c:\ drive which contains
the OS.  When I try in disk manager it says if I convert a basic drive to
dynamic the OS will no longer boot and if I only run ...

I installed a third-party backup application on a Vista machine. But I
encountered a issue: After installing the backup application, I found the
System Writer got disappeared (I used command vssadmin List Writers.)
Is there anyone encountered the similar problem? Any clue?

I am having some REAL problems with my PC,
I've had WIN XP Pro. on there (for about 3 years now)...
until the other day I had problems starting it, it said that there was a

Here is my problem.
I have recently upgrade from NT4 to server 2003.
The upgrade went well except, i am unable to access any of the share by
accessing the pc using \\pc name.

mirror (I know, I know - not a good idea but that is what we are working

I was just installing a new Windows 2003 Server and I can never remember...
do I need to install terminal services to remotely administer a server?  All
I want to do is be able to attach to it via the Remote Desktop control on my

I'm preparing to upgrade our Domain Controllers to 2003.  Our DC that holds
all the FSMO roles has enough space on the C drive.  The other DC has only 1
gig of C space but tons of space on the d drive.  Is there any way around not
having enough space for an upgrade on the C ...

I have a  problem with a new server.
The old server was server 2000. We updated the domain(domain prep),
installed a new server with server 2003 R2. We moved the dns and dhcp to the
new server, moved the files, remaped the users and the server works great.

Windows 2003 - I would like to copy  data from one volume to another and
retain all ntfs persmissions, share permissions, and file ownership
inforamtion.  What is the best tool to do this?  I have seen a few different
suggestions but nothgin for Windows 2003.
