Our server restarts on weekends sometimes ...when that happens our host web application does not restart because the server is waiting for the login id and password. Is there an option that will tell the server to not wait for an admin login?

When running the install I am getting a file missing error "AcLayers.dll" Is this file mandatory for the initial install? Can I just skip it? When I search the web for this file I get allot of responses for XP, but not Win2K3 Server. Stuck....
