I'm setting up 100 or so Windows 2003 servers and I'm curious if anyone
has heard of any issues with boot partition sizes?
Ideally I'd like it to take all available disk space ~60GB and cannot

recently we got some laptops (fujitsu-siemens with winxp pro loaded
with sp2) and when we try to join  domain it fails saying it doesn't
find the domain; the only change that we made on the server (long back)

I had a 2k3 box running as ad/dc, dns, dhcp.  I had another 2k3 box
upon which I installed ad, dns and dhcp.  I ran dcpromo, no error
messages, so I shut down the first box.  Suddenly I was unable to log

We are currently deploying a new Windows 2003 R2 environment for a customer.
We have migrated the domain from NT 4 to the latest version, a full in place
upgrade with 2 new DC.
