I run a small network with 2 DC's.  I am upgrading the hardware on the
main DC this weekend and was planning to use the procedure in KB 249694
which I have used several times before with good success.  However I
just saw in there that it was not recommended for DC's.  My question is

things on the users' desktop ect.. How can you do this in 2003? Can you use

I had a scenario where I installed windows 2003 server with non illega
CD key.
It prevented me from installing Win2k3 SP1.

Maybe a simple problem? I've had Server2003 up and running for quite
some time without problems. Recently, however, I installed SP1. Now,
when I log off Administrator (and presumably from whomever else) the
