I have a root ca, on the second level two policy CAs an on the third
level 2 issuing CAs.
How can i restrict an issuing CA to a limited type of certificates. I
want to do it with the enhancedkeyusageextension in the capolicy.inf

the issued certificates view in the managment console.  Should I revoke them
to clear them out of that view?
There are far to many to use certutil to delete each one.
