I am sure that this question has been asked thousands of times, but I would
like to re-ask it.  I believe I know that share permissions apply to a
share, and that NTFS permissions apply to files and folders.

I have an issue with some of my users getting Read Only access to files on
the file server.  I have allowed them full control in the Sharing tab.  If
the open a file the title bar shows {Read Only], but will allow then to use
