We've enabled object access and turned on auditing  for like 20 critical
system files and registry keys. We similarly wish to enable auditing for
critical file and registry keys on few other servers.

In a Windows Server 2003, how can we monitor the following events:
* All actions taken by any individual with administrative privileges.
* Initialization of the audit logs.
* Creation and deletion of system-level objects e.g DLL and critical EXE

In one of our 2003 servers, I find that there exists a user  "microsoft"
which belongs to the Administrators group, and is running logon.scr (using
sysinternals process explorer). Is this normal or some kind of trojan? I've
never seen it before.
