I am using windows server 2003, the hard disk format is NTFS, when I try to
give file permission it asked to change the format to NTFS in order to use
this feature, I can't understand that, its NTFS..

Everyone knows that you can set security permissions for a file or
folder (in NTFS) based on specific user accounts or groups. But can
you set the permissions based on a computer account or group?
