is it very resource hungry if I use the audit policy for Win2003??? what happened was that the strong password was enabled apparently and now it is gone. Can I view who has changed it from enabled to disabled? How??

I recently bought Windows 2003 server enterprise (5cal) OEM software that was sold online with no box or license sticker. Is there a way to check if it is a legal copy? Actualy who is the owner in this case? Software alows for updates and all other options.

I have a Windows 2003 server where I turned off File and Printer Sharing, then "shared" a folder in the root of the C: drive and had no problem mounting it locally as the t: drive. I then went to T: and was able to view all the files.

Hi, im still new to Certificates so please bear with me. As i understand it, a user will be request a certificate, the CA will publish it in the active directory (with the users public key), then the user will keep its private key secret in their profile.

I'm trying to retrieve programmatically the ftp user (IUSR_computerName). I know it is possible to use the IUSR_ and add the computer name, but it will not work for cases where the computer name changed. Is there a way to retrieve the name with C# or anything else?
