I have certain policies and logon scripts in Sysvol/Netlogon folder, issue

The situation is this, i have a telnet chat server that can have 100+ active

I am doing some consolidation of Windows 2003 IIS servers.  What is more
secure - to have 1 ftp server shared by all IIS servers using virutual
