Clients are getting ip from DHCP Scope but for some clients they
cannot access internet even they cannot ping to any public ip in my
network, this problem continues for around 20 hrs and after that they
can access internet.

I got a new system with no documentation and I'm trying to see how
it's setup. Is there any way to tell from the hardware if the phone
line connecting into the server is a T1 or an ISDN? I believe the
cards are interchangable but I could be wrong.
