We have 10.5.100.xx as the subnet for servers and 10.5.101.xx for desktops. AD integrated type. On DNS servers, Forward lookup zones/domain.local/. I can view all servers' IPs which are static. However, I don't see any computer hosts. What's wrong?

I have a current server 2000 domain, in which DNS works fine. however in my server 2003 domain, the DNS forward lookup zone refuses to fill with more than 20 results! and there should be around 4000 at least. I wonder if there is some trust issues between the domains?
