Currently on my DNS DC I have forwarders pointing to my ISP's DNS servers.  
I was wondering how can I point my forwarders to the root DNS servers????
Becasue my ISP changes there DNS servers and we don't know and we encounter
a downtime and later after troubleshooting we find out ...
