2003) and it is doing internal and external DNS.  Internet access is running
fine except for Hotmail.  Staff are able to access the Hotmail login page and

Here, we have a small Windows 2003 test lab setup. One DC with AD installed
and DNS.  The DNS server is only configured for Forward looking zones.   All
machines in this network use Static IP's.  No DHCP.
Everything was going great on the second W2k3 server until this morning.
