Up until recently, we were able to access out web site internally but now we are not and I think its a DNS problem but I may be wrong! Our domain name is sample.com.au and our web address is www.sample.com.au which from outside of the network we can access fine.

We have a Windows 2003 child domain using DNS servers in the root domain. I need to introduce DNS servers in the child domain and revert the child domain to use its own DNS servers. DNS is already AD integrated and replicated forest wide.

My primary domain name is "heavenlyvision.org" and whenever a try to access a website called "heavenlyvision.org" as long as I am within my network I cannot access it. However out of the heavenlyvision.org networks I can go to that website with no issue.

When I restart the server, with Windows 2003 Server, four errors appears in event log: the first is 4015, and the others 4004. Only five of ten computers can login, the others can't find the domain. I already try "Clear cache", "restart service", and I also restart the server. ...

I have looked at my Windows2K dns server and notices that there seems to be duplicates. Different PC's are sharing the same IP address. Is this ok, or is there something I should do ? for example:

I'm looking for some advice on the pros/cons of turning on the option within the DHCP Server that says "Always Dynamically Update A & PTR Records". We run a Windows 2003 AD network with a DC running DHCP and DNS. On the workstation we have Windows XP Professional.
