I have two DC which one is active directory and the other is additional DC. Users use fix ip. When DC crash, we transfer FSMO role from DC to additional DC, do we need to change users' dns server ip to dc additional ip (as we've already transfer fsmo roles to it).

Hi we have an application where it is important that if the main web site goes down users are redirected to our backup server. I don't want any load balancing, just a fail backup (similar to an MX priority). Is this possible with Win2K3 DNS? I would be grateful for any help.
