We have DHCP installed on a domain controller, which causes security concerns
unless you set it up to use a dedicated user account's credentials.  My
question is what type of user account should be used?  Should it be part of
the domain administrators group, administrators group, ...

I have a problem with Windows 2003 AD integrated DNS and PTR records. Some
time ago (before Windows 2003 SP1), we added one "A" record
"SUS.company.int" with corresponding PTR record. Later, I have installed
SP1. So now, DNS server are Windows 2003 SP1.
