I have an intranet site that users connect to. Currently they use the address in the search bar e.g. http://192.168.2.2 This goes to a http://test.com site. Where do I add a record so that users can just type test.com into the search bar instead of the address? Thanks

I am noticing that in my windows 2003 dns AD zone I have a record: (same as parent folder) Host (A) 169.254.150.196 I can not figure out why that record would be in my DNS. Is there any reason? If so how would it get there and why?
