Creating AD OU structure for GP deployment30 Sep 2008 23:14 GMT5
I'm looking at implementing group policies for both security and to
deploy/maintain software in a small business (~600 users) with 3 sites.
I've read through all the material I can find however I haven't found if

LDAP query30 Sep 2008 21:47 GMT5

Identifying old SID's30 Sep 2008 21:12 GMT9
Windows 2003 SP3

DFSR - 2003 R2.  EventID 501230 Sep 2008 13:25 GMT6
I have 3 Windows 2003 R2 servers in my test environment.  (A, B and C)
When a DFS replication group is created on A or B, it replicates to all
other servers (A,B and C) quickly showing up in DFS management (and file
replication starts quickly).
Folder Permissions30 Sep 2008 12:45 GMT3

there a way in AD to setup folder permissions?

Robocopy monitoring keep alive30 Sep 2008 08:53 GMT4
I need to keep in sync shares from about 15 workstations with a vackup
location on the file server (it will be a 2008 SBS server).
I've read Robocopy's documentation, and in my opinion it is very good for
what I need. I intend to run it with /MON parameter, so it will keep in sync

We are about to do a domain name change in Active Directory and I am
currently running Certificate Authority on an independent server.  Will I
need to rebuild this server after running the rendom.exe tool?  Or will a
double reboot of the server make any changes necessary?  Thx.
