We had to do some maintenance over the weekend which included taking down 1 of our 2 domain controllers. While the DC was down users experienced some major slow downs opening network files. It didn't matter what server the files were on or how large the file was, a 1KB file ...

We've changed the minPwdLength using ADSIEDIt and changed it to 15. Since then, we get 1202 error: 1202 - SceClie - Security policies were propagated with warning. 0x57 : The parameter is incorrect.
