I have a single forest single domain Windows Server 2003 AD environment. We
had a power outage and it now appears that my login hangs at " Applying your

I have a user that moved from one location to another.  Changed the Home
Folder in AD to point to the new share.  ie: \\server1\home\user to
\\server2\home\user

the adprep /forest and adprep /domain /gpprep to prepare it for a 2008 DC.  
We also have 2 2-way trusts between diferent forest.  Say they are

I have an Enterprise CA root server and a subordinate CA server in my domain
(single domain).  Both of these servers are running on Windows 2003
Enterprise edition.

We have a domain policy to lockout accounts after a few false password
attempts. I understand default admin account exempt from this policy. I have
a few admin accounts we created, is there a way/utility to have them exempt
