I have a AD that has a PDC that is MS2003 64 bit standard and a BDC of a NT 4.0 server. The NT server can see all the other servers, however; the MS2003 servers can not connect to the NT 4.0 server. I get the following error when trying to connect:

Please assist... We have approx 30 DC's (all GC as well ) on 2003 R2 SP2 running and approx 15 Windows 2000 SP4 Domain Controllers (all GC's as well). The problem we are having is our 2003 DC's SRV records keep disapearing.

I found this tool and it seems to be very useful when building topology stuff. But my domain has hundreds of sites and when it draws the figure in Visio it all gets hard to figure out. Does someone have any tip about how to deal with the drawing?
