hi all, after installation of a windows server 2003 dc on a windows 2000 domain and transfer all roles to it succesfully, when i try to list my network neighboors changing the wins server to 2003 it return an error with unability to see list of pc after a long wait.

We have one site as of now, and are going to have 4, we have the subnets setup!! in each site we will have a GC is this correct??? Also when we authenticate onto AD shouldnt it be a GC that we authenticate to!!!

So im upgrading the NT PDC to 2003. Now im sitting in the stage BEFORE installing active directory and AFTER the Windows 2003 install. Should the NT4 BDCs still see the upgraded machine as a PDC? Cause in the server manager everything is now a BDC.

We just put up a PDC with Active Directory. The Windows Directory on the D drive was destroyed when D was reformatted. Now the server won't boot because AD is corrupted. There was no backup performed, how do I recover? I'm down!!!
