someone encrypted a file on there computer in the domain, is the domain admin
setup by default to be the recovery agent or is there something i have to

I hadnt noticed this before.. but lately.. if I reboot our one domain
controller, clients running Outlook 2003 on XP, get the "trying to
connect to" server error messages while the domain controller is being
rebooted.

I have a VBS logon script thats called from a batch file (logon.bat).
Sometimes, kinda rare, it doesn't execute for various users.  Our
helpdesk team has to Remote Control them and run it manually from

Can I use Group Policies to configure whether: Use TLS 1.0, Use SSL
2.0, or Use SSL 3.0 is selected?  The closest I can get is to disable
the Advanced Tab from showing up.  Can I configure that Advanced Tab?

in the administrative tools there is "domain controller security policy" and
" domain security policy" and in active directory there is " group policies"
what is the difference between them all do all the policies affect all the
users or computers in the domain or what? Thanks

I've been reading through the latest documentation on ASP.NET 2.0
membership, role and profile services and there is no mention of using MS
ADAM or AzMan as a ASP.NET 2.0 provider for these 3 services.
