We're trying to setup for FTP and when attempting to log on (via command line
FTP) when the user is entered we get '534 Policy requires SSL ... for control
channel'.

in my setup I can enroll 2048bit certificates to a Windows 7 machine
from a Win2008 R2 CA via certsrv. When I try the same from a Windows
XP machine I can only select 1024bit. I can still use a smart card
with a 2048bit key on XP, but I cannot enroll a new key.
