How do I give non-administrators the ability to reboot a server while logged
on through remote desktop connection? The people responsible are members of
the Power Users group but still can't reboot the server. I changed the local

I have a user cert set up for autoenrollment.  The cert is published

Situation:
Running a VBS password script locally on a workstation (script has password) that would change a remote local admin server password. All units are within AD.
Question:
Wouldn't that type of traffic be able to be sniffed?

In the days of floppies, if you inserted a boot floppy, then the machine

are all expired.  They have the message of "The certificate has a nonvalid
digital signature" Is this becuase they are expired?

Certification Authority 0x8009480f error : the dns name is unavailable and
