I have a Verisign class 1 certificate for email signing and encryption. Does anyone know how I could get this on a smart card instead? Does Verisign make them and if so how much and where do I get them?

I've imported the contact certificate ".cer" both signed certificate and root ca. And still the certificate on the email when clicked is giving me warning: the certificate revocation list needed to verify the signing certificate is either unavailable or it has expired.

I posted on this a couple of weeks ago and then the problem "appeared" to clear up for a while. This appeared to be a very sporadic problem, but as I look more closely it seems to be more prevalent than I had imagined.

When I open the windows Security Center it says it is not enabled. I have gone through th process to resart it but I doesn't restart. Restarting my computer does not help either. How do I know if the windows firewall is operating?
