I cannot change the "user right assignment" or "Audit Policy" under Computer
configuration\Security settings\local policies\  on Windows 2003.
Is it possilbe that applying SP1 did this ?

I am having iisues with a company website. Users should be able to
access all aspects of the information site. Where the problem is with
any pictures (thumbnails) that are on the site. The users in the
workplace are being given a security alert saying that they need to

Is there any programming interface for the secedit database available?
I made a tool which generates dynamic the security.inf file, so now i want
to write a reporting tool which uses the sdb database and the analyze
functionality.

Ok, when I goto some sites like hotmail and yahoo I get these stupid
ads for things like boyis.com and other stupid stuff. The problem is
some of them are vey inappropriate. I accidentally went to this
boyis.com site by accident and that is when these ads appeared.

I just installed a Win2k3 server as a second domain controller (the first
server is also running win2k3). Autoenrollment is enable in directory
services for domain controllers with the standard domain controller
certificate but autoenrollment fails with Event 13:

I am upgrading a win2k workgroup server to a new server.
I have installed windows 2000 server and would like to migrate
