I have a folder "Shared" on an NTFS drive. When a folder is created, the "owner" becomes the local computer administrator. How can I change the security settings, so that when a domain user creates a folder, it is owned by them instead of defaulting to the local computer admin.

When I navigate to a local Intranet WEB site using it's IP address I get a logon screen pop-up, when I navigate to the same site using the DNS name I go right to the site with out the logon screen popping up. What's causing this?

This looks like the real thing but the return email address is in Italy and the source ISP is in Germany. See details below. When read in Microsoft Hotmail it really looks like the real thing. I doubt it. Microsoft Homtail billing for U.S. customer is in Redmond, WA.
