I have a folder "Shared" on an NTFS drive.   When a folder is created, the
"owner" becomes the local computer administrator.
How can I change the security settings, so that when a domain user creates a
folder, it is owned by them instead of defaulting to the local computer admin.

When I navigate to a local Intranet WEB site using it's IP address I get a

On Monday Jan 5, 2004 I received and email that
supposedly came from Microsoft stating that my Product
Key for the Windows OS could not be validated.  There was
a link to click and I was supposed to fill out a webform

This looks like the real thing but the return email address is in Italy
and the source ISP is in Germany.  See details below.  When read in
Microsoft Hotmail it really looks like the real thing.  I doubt it.
