I have a folder "Shared" on an NTFS drive.   When a folder is created, the
"owner" becomes the local computer administrator.
How can I change the security settings, so that when a domain user creates a
folder, it is owned by them instead of defaulting to the local computer admin.

When I navigate to a local Intranet WEB site using it's IP address I get a
logon screen pop-up, when I navigate to the same site using the DNS name I go
right to the site with out the logon screen popping up. What's causing this?
