I connect to a TS, my printer is correctly mapped, but I can't print in

I see some tools such as gettscip but that isn't what I want to use. Is

How do you specify the username and password on the new RPD client?  Or
is there a way to bypass asking the username/password, basically have
it behave like to old client?

I have a client that needs for remote users to have Dual Displays while
connected to our Windows 2003 Terminal Server in application mode.
I've found that the new Remote Desktop, v6 I think, supports Dual
Monitors, but I don't have Dual Monitors on the Terminal Server itself.
