I have a user that gets this message on a terminal server. “not responding” message and was logged off. Various net connections and PC's. Only one that gets this. Is part of the domain Admins.

We have a Windows 2000 Terminal Server with SP4 and it appears that we have a process running, runevent.exe that is using over 260MB RAM. It doesn't run after a reboot, but it seems to start at some point afterwards. This server is also a Citrix server.
