have a win2k (sp4) box running terminal services, and it's become very slow
and unresponsive in the last week, especially in terminal services.  trying
to open terminal services manager to reset connections, but it just appears
in the task bar and won't open the actual program.  ...

I have a W2k SP4 Terminal Server. when ever a non-administrator attempts to
