I'm curious to know if there is more overhead on a TS client's download
bandwidth  usage compared to the upload bandwitdh?  Or, is it equal?  This is
assuming you are not printing or copying over a document from the TS to your
client's desktop, which are obviously going to use ...

This is probably just something obvious I am missing, but maybe
somebody can help me here.
I have a Windows NT 4 terminal server here and users have happily
connected to it for some time. However, a few days ago some of the

Since last Friday or Saturday all the Citrix published APPS on our W3K
terminal server won't run. I can't even login on remote desktop
anymore..making me think it's a TS problem..just get a blank blue desktop
screen with no icons or taskbar....same on Citrix and seamless mode ...

Read numerous bits, but nothing really makes it clear on the best way to
have a nice set desktop, and access to specific programs, per group,  say
have when a finance bod logs into it,a desktop with the finance app on it,
if say a fleet person logs in, the fleet app is there, but ...

Hello all.  I have reinstalled office onto my terminal server.  (Windows
2000 Terminal Server)
Every time I click on an office Icon, Office appears to be reinstalling.
When I do this an entry is added to the application log;

Using XP Pro on the Client side and Win2003 Terminal Services, only 3 of 24
users cannot access local printers.  These 3 users' printers do no appear at
all during their session.  These users were set up the same as all others.  
What is my solution.  Thank you in advance...

Remote users who connect remotely, the w2k3 terminal server's printer
redirection is not working.  network printers are okay.  no errors in event
log.  I've checked term server configuration and it's right, i've checked ad
and that is correct - HELP!!!!!!!   Thanks!
