Im running Windows 2003 Server whit Terminal Services in
Remote Administration Mode.
Since a few days when I'try to connect with Remote
Desktop Connection to the server, after logging on the

I have installed Outlook2003 on a Windows 2000 Terminal server. Every few
times it opens, it wants to open in safe mode. I installed it via the
add/remove method.

My terminal server (win2003) is listening on different port number.
From Remote Desktop Connection (WinXP), I am able to connect to my terminal
server, by appending port number at the end of IP address.
But when I try to do so from IE Remote Desktop Web connection, I get

I am not sure the problem is server or ISP. When I
connect to server, the connection drop a lot of times.
When I lost connection, I still can connect to internet.

We were using Terminal Services for about 6 months with no problems.  We
