I have a piece of manufacturing equipment that uses 2 computers to run
its vision and CNC functions.  One of the computers is having trouble,
and I hope someone out there can offer some advice.
Computer is running WINNT 4.0

May I install Windows NT 4.0 by copying the installation files from the CD
into the hard drive, then install WinNT from that folder of files (\I386) to
the partition where I want?

I need to install NT 3.51 workstation on a laptop without a CD-ROM
