I put in a new 10/100 NIC card in my NT4.0 server and when restarting, I get a continual hang on "Updating ESCD"...... What happened, and what can I do to get by or fix the problem? Any suggestions are welcomed BIGTIME!

I ave problems with installation WinNT40 on xSeries226 IBM server .... After booting with WinNT40 CD everything goes fine (loading drivers) but after a wile I got verical lines on my screen and nothing goes on after that....
