I want to convert an existing BDC to a member server.  How
is this done?  Will it affect any files or programs
currently installed?

I have a newtork with 3 XP Pro boxes and 1 NT4.0 box connecting to the
internet via a Linksys BEFSX41 Firewall Router.
XP Pro boxes are all SP1a with built-in firewall turned off.  They are all
in the "WORKGROUP" workgroup, and getting there IP addresses via DHCP from

I seem to remember a command line switch for winnt that
would create the boot sector for the boot drive.
IE: winnt /x /b ???
It goes through the file copy process but after the reboot

My Nt workstation lost part of its boot up informatioso
it could not start up it said that it had lost a kennal
so i ran a repair disk but from a another machine every
