I am using a windows NT 4.0 server that has the latest service pack (6a)
installed.  The server is connected to an HP Designjet 650c plotter that has
20 megs of ram installed (on the plotter).  The computer is a pentium
processor with 128 megs of ram.  The server is rather old ...

Can someone be able to give a hand on windows port monitor code (VC++)
for XP  (or hints) ?
