Moving DNS from Windows NT server to Windows 2000 Server25 May 2005 17:31 GMT3
Can someone please assist.  I am trying to move all my DNS
entries from a Windows NT server to a new Windows 2000
Advanced Server.  So, from one old server to a new server.
Would anyone have any suggestions?

I have a Windows 2000 Domain Controler, and I want it;s DNS to talk with our
ISP's.
At the moment, all internal pc's talk to it for DNS, but are unable to
resolve external names. Can some please fill me in on how to do this.

I have a NT 4.0 server running our DNS/DHCP services internally and works
great. The DNS is also set up to forward any external request.  However, for
some reason our corp says our DNS server is trying to contact a
