As you may (or may not) be aware - there was a glaring BUG in NT4.0 that
restricted display of icons in the Taskbar to 16 colours only - which
resulted in many looking DREADFUL.

I need to get a new printer driver to my NT machine. It only has a floppy,
serial and ethernet connection. The driver is too big to fit on the
floppy---is there any way I can set up a direct file transfer from XP ?

I'm maintaining a data system that is part of a scientific instrument.
The instrument software is set up to run under MS Windows 4.0 with
Service Pack 3. It is not wise to change it. I've set up the drive for
a FAT partition. I want to leave it as a FAT partition. My question:
